Has anyone used this for performance anxiety? What were the results?

I would say to give yourself at least 20-30 minutes (or more) before whatever you have to do/perform, as I wouldn't say it always works instantaneously. Sometimes I feel better almost immediately, but it really depends on the type/amount of anxiety/depression/assorted bad feelings I have. For the most part, it's usually that I'll go about doing other things and realize that a fair amount of time has passed and I no longer feel crappy.
