My husband and I take this daily and diligently (which is not my style, but it's that worth it). I have told countless others about it as well. We have seen immediate results and others I have introduced to it have too. It is well absorbed magnesium by all! If you want to sleep better (I used to wake up and not be able to fall back asleep), have easier and more regular bowel movements and improve your mood, take this! I sought it out because there are very few options that aren't horse pills or filled with artificial flavors. I keep purchasing because it works. The vitamins C and D3 are perks. Pour a small amount of boiling water on the powder to activate it, mix until clear, add a bit of cold water, then drink. The taste is mild if you drink immediately (the longer it sits the more bitter the taste). The company also sent us a Christmas gift complete with hand written thank you card (pictured). Very sweet. This prompted me to finally rave about this stuff on Amazon, instead of just to my friends. Thank you and well played Whole Family Naturals! Don't stop making this good stuff.

I have used it for a year. The product is far superior to any calcium on the market. It is easy to drink in warm water dissolving well no taste issues. For those with osteoporosis and a need for more calcium, magnesium it absorbs and does the job better then any calcium pill. even includes C and D . It has eliminated completely leg cramps and helps me fall sleep. It boosted my calcium levels to excellence. This is a product I most highly recommend. My health has greatly improved taking this wonderful product. Amazon is faulty shipping it in filmsly bags so it arrives damaged. My recommendation is buy it with enough to fill a box for better shipping quality. Quite A exceptional product .

I finally decided to try this calcium/magnesium product based on the reviews, and I'm not disappointed. I can't say the product has changed my life, but I noticed an improvement in an overall reduction of aches and pains after the first week of use. I also seem to have a little more energy to get things done when I get going. I take this product at night along with a dose each of vitamins C and D. I take my other vitamins in the morning. I only add enough boiling water to dissolve the powder, and then I add a little cold water to cool it off. I just swallow it in a gulp or two, and I don't find the taste particularly unpleasant. It has a bit of a citrus taste. I started out using only one teaspoon to avoid GI upset, and have been increasing to two teaspoons gradually. I only experienced mild GI upset over the first week. Since then, it's kept me regular with no problems. I would recommend this product and I will buy it again.

I'm not great at reviews but I try to leave one for things I think can help everyone, I've read all the reviews before I bought this calcium supplement, I realize side effects can be different for everyone, but it helped pain so I decided to get it,so here is my review ,it does taste bad on its own, easy fix ,a bit of hot water to mix it because it won't mix well in cold water I added lemon and a bit of honey,or an orange, I mix it in my tea or add my vitamin c powder to it,those are ways to fix the taste,I have a bit of arthritis, and after drinking it for a few days all the pains went away,my knees feel so much better ,my side effect is loose bowels ,that does not bother me ,as long as its not constant and it not just once a day like you would normally go.

This stuff is great! I have been taking Calm for several years and recently came across CalMag Plus. After trying it for a few weeks I can confidently say that this is better than Calm. It has calcium, magnesium, vitamin C as well as D. I love that it gives extra vitamins including C & D. Calm doesn't have that. It also takes great. This combination is perfect for me. I workout several days a week and need my muscles to relax and recover quickly. I take this each day after my exercise and it allows my muscles to relax naturally. When they can relax they can then recover. It also helps me sleep at night without using any artificial sleep aid. It takes away any stiffness in my joints and just overall provides relaxation. I am really glad that I found this product and intend to continue to use it. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great natural stress reliever, muscle relaxer or overall great calcium magnesium supplement. Oh and a bonus... The company actually cares. They sent a followup email to make sure I received it and gave recipes too. That's really hard to find. I'm happy to be a customer :)
