50'' Electric Fires with Surround

If you want an electric fire I'd recommend this one ..absolutely lovely ..it is flat packed though .

Fantastic fireplace. Easy to assembler. Fits nicely ok our wall. Had to adjust the skirting board but overall not difficult to do. The flame effect is brilliant. Have taken photo to share. It functions well and gives heat. Could be a bit hotter but that’s the only fault I would say on the item. Great value for money.

Good quality feature fireplace that looks really good in my living room, found it relatively easy to assemble although the illustrations in the assembly instructions are a bit small, other than that put it all together in two hours on my own. one reviewer pointed out a burnt plug and socket after using the heater - well what do you expect using a cheap extension lead, it needs to be connected via a proper mains outlet as an extension can't carry the load, I've tested my heater and found no problem. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

This fire is stunning and well worth the money. There was however some slight damage. When contacting the seller they offered a refund of £15. Being that the damage was in placed that couldn't be seen I accepted. Looks beautiful, is a little noisier than other fires but acceptable.

Delivered in 2 pieces as expected. Just keep an eye on the delivery, as separate dates for me. So far seen the fire piece which looks great. When I get the mantle piece I will aim to update this review / take a picture. Cheers.

Product had a few marks on. As shown in the pics attached. Pic one shows a slight chip out of front corner and pic two show marks across the front which I haven’t been able to wash/wipe off. If it wasn’t marked would actually be lovely. Product came in two separate packages one of which took longer than expected to come,

Missing screws, bad instructions, no holes to screw in items like fir to the fireplace. Items not put together properly. As you can see in the photo that item is to rest a heavy fire in the fireplace and it kept coming apart. There were also no holes guild lines to screw the fire to the fireplace. I tried to talk to the company and they just sent instructions and told me to pay for someone to fix it. Really didn't care. There are gaps all over because it just isn't made properly.
