Game changer for people on the go or those that have trouble consuming enough protein. They don’t have a gross protein taste (they have a fruity sweet flavor and are super easy to get down- I actually quite enjoy them). Awesome for an on the go snack when you just don’t have time.

I am giving this 5 stars for what it is and how easy it makes getting a boost of protein. However, I honestly wonder how a company can sell something that tastes like this. It is so bad - sickly sweet with a hint of something rotten. Even with the bad taste, it's still relatively easy to get down so I will continue taking it. I saw another review that said you get used to it so here's hoping... Update: You do get used to the taste. The trick is to drink it really fast and it's not too bad. :)

This is a great product. I’ve been working out a lot lately and pushing myself to my limits. Before trying this I would feel sore often the day after a difficult workout. The past week I’ve been taking this I notice a significant difference. First a little about me, I’m 46 and do 10 miles on the bike a day plus strength training with a push up board, resistance bands, suspension trainer, and kettlebells. I typically spend a little less than an hour on the bike and then another 30-45 minutes strength training alternating muscle groups every other day. I drink a protein shake for breakfast every morning and drink a pre-workout about a half hour before I get on the bike (stationary). For the past week I’ve been taking one of these after my workout daily. My knees actually feel different. They recover much faster and I have less discomfort or pain than I did previously. Now to describe the product, it’s very sweet and syrupy which isn’t exactly my favorite but it’s not terrible tasting, it goes down quick, and I started noticing the difference after just a couple days. I’ll definitely get more and this is a new daily routine for me. I think these have 15 or 17 grams of protein but the important part is the type of protein. My shakes are whey protein but this is collagen which I think is also supposed to be good for bones, tendons, etc. whatever it is though, it’s given a noticeable difference for me and I’m very happy with the results.

Perfect if you can ignore flavor, doesn’t mess with my sensitive stomach, gives me quick protein

My husband started using this after gastric bypass. It's almost impossible to get all the necessary protein without much of a stomach to put it in. I also started using it to boost protein and it's a good product. Pros - super convenient to throw in a purse or backpack, ready to drink - no mixing required, sugar free, only 60 calories for 15 grams protein, seems to be quality ingredients. Cons - very sticky if you get any on the outside of the package, contains Sucralose, the taste is way too strong. It tastes like snow cone syrup. The taste isn't bad, but it's totally over flavored. They need to dial that down quite a bit. Fortunately, one drink and you're done - these are only one ounce. I haven't noticed a smell. The cons aren't enough to make me stop using it. I noticed after using it daily for a few weeks my chronically weak nails began to strengthen and grow. This is something that has never happened with powdered collagen supplements I've used in the past, so there's definitely a difference. This is a good product that I'll keep using, but would love to have a version with a natural sweetener and a less intense taste.

This product works great! I work a very labor intensive job and barely have time to eat. If I do eat, I burn off whatever I eat in an hour. Frog fuel has helped me maintain my weight and build muscle significantly. I must say I’m impressed. It did take my body some time to adjust but it also gave me energy at the same time, I even felt clear headed. My muscles were not as sore as they were before. The taste is a little bitter from the berry flavor, not too sugary but overall it’s not bad. It’s very convenient, all you do is squeeze and drink! This product can take some time to receive, so keep in mind to reorder if you’re running low.

I gave it a try as I had joint pain from workiuts. I gave it time as well. Box 1. The first packets taste will hit you harder than your first desert temperature RIPIT. But keep going Box 2 The taste is strong…. But somehow you begin to look forward to your tongue getting drop-kicked lpost workout…. Box 3. No joint pain from my workouts… and Ive increased weighs not just maintained…. The taste still packs a kick but I’m now used to it and look weirdly forward to it Box 4. My taste buds have Stockholm syndrome for this…… what at first seemed like licking a frog is now definately a rewarding taste post workout… the results for me have been very positive….. well made sir. Well made.

Hands down this stuff is great!! I had a friend recommended this with the energy blend for working & recovering from long physical workdays, and it helped. - Now, I'm taking the non-energy blend because I have ligaments & tendons damaged from being hit by a car.. I was told I could potentially become paralyzed or even die from this injury because its spinal. The doctor's are in awe right now because my ligaments/tendons are healing so much quicker than expected.. I no longer need a neck brace after 1 month, when I was told I was gonna need it for 3. I'm also already in Physical Therapy when I was originally told I couldn't even do it because the injury was so severe. Also, I recommended this to a neighbor who tore a tendon in his leg recently and has been wearing a brace. I encouraged him to try this and change his diet a bit. After a month of daily use, and of course a healthier diet geared towards healing.. He told me a few days ago this Frog Fuel is absolutely incredible and he fully believes it helped him heal quicker. I believe the Collagen is a great way to heal & regenerate and the aminos are an amazing boost to help the body heal quicker as well. I'm not a doctor, but I've been to 3 Neurologists, a 2 Neurosurgeons and a Orthopedic Surgeon and all of them are in Awe in how quickly the torn and stretched ligaments have healed. *. This is not a miracle cure - but with a better diet, one geared towards healing your ailments and proper P.T. Frog Fuel is absolutely a tool to success, and I fully believe it has not only helped me, but helped others around me who have taken it.
