The house is 26 inches tall. With the umbrella extended it is 34 inches tall.

The product info says it requires aaa batteries. what are they for?

We didn’t put batteries in anything. Not sure what would need AAA batteries.

My son put the Barbie house and stickers together. So I don't know.
