Helping with menopause
Helping with menopause. I can’t tolerate progesterone so I’m taking these as an alternative to HRT. Working well. I tried a month without, but symptoms returned.

Hot flashes have vanished
I take this along with sage capsules and together they've helped reduce those damned hot flashes considerably. I find the combination of these two really good. I did try black cohosh and red clover but not sure they did anything, they helped a little bit but not enough. Each woman will probably have to experiment with different supplements. I'm also taking vitamins D3 and K2, the entire B complex and magnesium bi-glycinate (many people are deficient in magnesium!).
