I only use water not shower gel on my face - so I am not absolutely sure it would be okay on your face. I think it would be okay. I also use the bath salts dissolved in the water and don’t worry about getting that on my face. It lasts a long time. I would suggest you risk it. You could try it once on your face. I bet it would be fine.

It say rinse throughly, i may sound thick but does that means rinse yourself after use or the bath?

I would suspect both, probably chemicals left behind, because it certainly smelt chemically more like plastic and certainly not like they are supposed to smell, so I doubt their authenticity. I had the grapefruit and the lavender salts and neither one smelt like ones I’ve bought in the shop and certainly not of any fragrance other than chemicals, the grapefruit smelt more like urine, needless to say mine went in the bin. I bought this shower gel for the Epsom salts which helps to ease my joints. This is a nice textured shower gel, has a clean fresh scent, very easy to apply and works well hydrating the skin. Also a good price for the large size. I recommend to use in an Epsom salt bath.
