This is absolutely amazing. This is third brand of myo-inositol that I’ve purchased and I’ll say it’s simply the best. I have no negative side effects like I did with the others, the taste isn’t offensive at all even in water. This has helped me to regulate my cycle, even when I don’t take it as often as I should. The price for a 3 months supply is also impossible to beat. Will definitely repurchase this brand.

i absolutely love this stuff. I've had irregular periods all my life and after I had my daughter in 2023 I wanted to try and regulate my periods so when we wanted to try for our next baby it would be easier. I started taking this every day beggining in April 2025 and since then my periods have been EXTREMELY consistent. this was the only thing I changed in my life so I absolutely believe this is what regulated my cycle. it has no side effects and it tastes like powdered fun dip sticks.

Updated June 2021: I am pregnant!!! I took two tests and they are both strong positives. I only had one cycle on my own since getting off of BC and Metformin. I am overwhelmed and excited! I did not think that this would happen that quick! I've been off of all of my meds since January of 2021, and I am now pregnant six months later. This stuff combined with the D-Chiro inositol works! I have an appointment with my hormone doctor to do lab work and check everything, then I have my first prenatal appointment next week! Update April 2021: I've been taking since December, and I got off my BC at the end of January. I got my period on my own a few days ago and I was so happy! I was starting to think that this wasn't going to work, but I finally got my period after being off BC for about 3 months. My period symptoms have not been terrible except I've been extremely tired, but that's kind of normal for me. I've noticed that my food cravings aren't bad, and because of that I've also learned that a lot of my eating habits may be more behavioral in nature (I eat even when I'm not hungry or craving food), so I need to work on that myself haha. I started the D-Chiro Inositol as well about 3 days before my period started, so we will see if that makes any differences for me. December 2020: I’ve been taking this product for about a week, and we will be trying to start a family in about 3 or so months, so I will do an updated review then. I have PCOS and currently take birth control and Metformin. My hope is to wean myself off of the Metformin and just take this to help with my symptoms and trying to conceive. I am taking 2 servings a day. When I got the container, it was sealed well and came with a scoop. The flavor is slightly sweet but I really can’t taste it much, which is nice. It doesn’t mix as great with cold water as it does with room temperature water. So far, I have not had any negative side effects, which is awesome. I typically get nauseous when I take supplements, but I have not experienced nausea or an upset stomach. I have definitely noticed a significant improvement in my energy level!! I used to get so tired so easily, but now I can make it through the day and be productive. I have also noticed that I don’t binge on snacks like I used to. I used to munch a lot between meals, and I would sometimes overeat because I like food haha. But now I don’t snack much at all, and I don’t have any desire to eat any more than I need to. I would like to lose about 10-15 pounds so I think the curbing of my appetite will be helpful! I have noticed that my dreams at night are more vivid haha. Overall, I’m pleased with this product so far. I’m hoping that this will help my husband and I conceive fairly quickly, but even if it doesn’t, I’m going to keep taking it to address my PCOS symptoms! Only giving it 4 stars because I don’t know the long term effects yet.

They stopped selling the single bottles of pre-capsuled myo inositol so I picked this up. Edit: looks like they brought them back. Wish I didn't have a giant tub of this. The value is pretty high for the doses available. That’s 340 doses for those playing along at home. But I don’t think it is as effective as the capsules. I’m going to take another reviewer’s advice and try 3000mg instead of the 1500mg dose. 170 doses is still a good deal. Edit: I have been doing the 3000mg and YES IT WORKS. I bought this thinking I could capsule these myself with my many size 0 caps and 4 capsules is 1,500mg. It’s a pain in the butt to capsule yourself. Interestingly enough the regular capsule version is 2,000 in 4 caps. Guess the precaps are more potent somehow. Packing them is the most wasteful coke party and I really don’t recommend trying. But if you need to, one dose is 4 tightly packed size 0 gel capsules. Scoop the larger half, shake and pat down, scoop again, shake and pat down, overfill the other half and shove them together. Be careful not to underfill. It won’t look like it will seal, but it will. Fine Powder packs more tightly than it appears. Packing 8 caps every night is unreasonable so I guess I’ll have to pick up those little-capped dressing cups so I can take it to work. The massive, beat up container is not convenient, easy to take, or easy to carry. Not sure if the Zazzee warehouse or amazon shipping is to blame for this bottle that looks like it’s been drop-kicked. The seal was intact and I ran out of capsules last week so I decided it didn’t need replacing. I tried dissolving it in water with a handheld frother and didn’t taste anything significant under lemon and lime, but alone it's sickeningly sweet. I have a pretty sensitive tongue, but I think even a normal person would taste it. Seems easy to dissolve with the frother, no choking on chunks. Without a frother expect to do some serious spoon mixing. If you don't use enough water, the leftovers will settle on the bottom and you'll end up having to re-mix so use maybe 8 oz of water. It’s really odd that they claim you should take 2kmg to 50mg in their d chiro inositol listing and then sell this in 1,500mg. Now to be fair the study they refer to only tested 46 women and thusly may not be the best dose for everyone. But making the dosage wrong for the hill they want to die about how it’s the perfect ratio on is an odd move. 1/3rd teaspoons are rare and having to take 1/2tsp + 1/3rd tsp is a difficult, multi measuring spoon process that you have to do daily. And there isn’t even a level in the container. You’ll have to use a knife or a dedicated rubber band, which is an extra step. Why not make the dose at 1,000mg for a tsp so you can easily use a half tsp for 1,500mg or just 2 for 2,000mg? Honestly, it’s weird and difficult. Plus they need to add a level, aka a straight plastic overlap to pack the 1/2tsp with. Like you would see on baking powder cans. It’s not protein powder where “eh it’s a scoop” is fine. This is medication, in a specific dose. It’s an annoying oversight. Tl;dr: doses are hard, needs a level, has good value per dose, and does work if you find the right dosage for you. Zazze recommends 2,000mg but 3,000mg seems to be working for me. I take it in conjunction with d-chrio inositol 50mg from the same brand (zazzee) and puritan's pride DIM 250mg for PCOS.

I have been taking Myo-Inositol for several years. I love the powder format. You can just put a scoop in water, juice, etc., and down it very easily. This is a good brand and good quality. I have PCOS and this, paired with the d-chiro inositol, is the only thing I found that helped regulate my periods. It was a game changer. When I slack on taking it for too long, I become irregular again. It does help. I swear by it and tell anyone I meet that has PCOS about it.

I had irregular cycles and began taking birth control in May 2017 with the intent of contraception (I actually was not aware I was "irregular" before I began BC). Stopped taking them in December 2018 because we wanted to TTC. After about 6 months of no periods, I began to research and read that normally it would take about 3 months or so for your body to "regulate", but I was obviously way passed that. I went to a reproductive endocrinologist and they ran numerous tests. According to all the results, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I was devastated because with my research I had come across so many stories and articles about how hard infertility is and never thought I would have infertility issues. I was prescribed Provera and had to take that every month or every other month for almost 2 yrs because my period never came back and the uterine lining would keep building up. The Provera was needed to assist with shedding this lining and avoid both endometriosis and cancer. I began taking Alani Nu Balance and other supplements mid 2019 and other Myo/ D-Chiro supplements on and off. I was never religious about. I felt they didn't work fast enough (patience has never been a virtue of mine). Fast forward to Dec. 2020 and I made it my goal to stick to my supplements and be disciplined about it. I had some leftovers from another brand where you take 4 pills a day. I finished those up and looked for something easier to take. I found this brand and product (along with their 90-day supply of D-Chiro) and have been taking them both EVERY SINGLE DAY since January 20, 2021. I got a natural period on February 24th, but didn't want to get too excited. I told myself I'd wait another month to see if maybe it was finally paying off. Today, April 1, 2021.. I GOT ANOTHER PERIOD FOR THE 2ND MONTH IN A ROW. I've never felt so happy to have a period! I wanna cry and I swear it's not PMS! I have been taking myo/d-chiro since December, but this product since January and I feel like this has helped me with my cycles! I feel like I can finally try for a baby naturally (my RE and I already had a fertility plan in place, but has been severely delayed due to COVID). I really feel like these supplements have given me a chance to conceive naturally! If you're still deciding, GO FOR IT! Just be patient and give it time to do its magic. I mix with cold water everyday at dinner time and it does give it a slightly sweet taste, but nothing that you'll notice too much.

​Amazing! This is my second bottle and the results are incredible. For the first time in my life, I had a completely pain-free period. It has had an incredibly positive impact on my overall health and well-being. I cannot recommend it enough! Definitely 5 stars!

I ordered this supplement to assist with my PCOS symptoms. I’ve been using it for almost three months now and so far here are some of the changes I noticed. I do a scoop in the morning and a scoop at night. 1. don’t feel bloated as often 2. I don’t have cravings as often, I used to overeat or feel hungry even after a meal and I finally see progress in my midsection 3. the texture is very fine, it doesn’t have a smell and has a slightly sweet taste (inositol is a natural sugar alcohol)

I've been using this daily for a few months. I'm so happy with it that I'm about to order my second container. It's really good value for the price, the container has so much more product in it than buying capsules at the same price, and I don't like taking pills, so this works great. I just add it to my coffee in the morning, and take with water right before bed. This has improved my: moods, dark hairs, energy, focus, and it's hard to be sure but possibly also my periods. I think it's also helping my skin, but that fluctuates throughout the month, plus I didn't take a "before" photo to compare! If you have PCOS, or symptoms of it, try this - chances are good that it'll help.
