Absolutely love this! I fully amortized my previous one and looked at this as a replacement. I am average size/height (180/87) and this guy applies the massage exactly where I want it on the back and neck

Received it on time, well packaged. I have used it already for 2-3 months, it gives good relieve to my back especially to my lower back and shoulder due to office work. Height is adjustable, if your too small just add a cushion. Easy to move around incase you are in a foreign country, you can send it on a cargo. The heat also works well. Overall, it's a great product, I have purchased other Renpho Massager and it's not failing me.

I bought it to relax my muscle after working the whole day sitting and holding a mouse. Well i can say it does help me relieved my painful back and shoulders

Very disappointed with this purchase. The product quality is far below what was advertised, and it does not function as expected. I requested a return because of the poor quality, but the return process is not being approved or processed. Customers should be aware of both the product quality issues and the difficulty in obtaining a return.

I ordered the product without realising its not returnable. Product is good however a bit narrow therefore not of much use to us.

This massage seat was a great purchase! I can use it sitting up or slightly reclined. I can control the speed, heat and placement of the massage! Best ever!

Es perfecto, para el cuello es una maravilla, sobre todo la posibilidad de poder establecer la altura para que te dé por todas las cervicales.Éxito está reseña a 13/06/2026, un año después no funciona, me pongo contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Amazon y me mandan al servicio de atención de Renpho, pero me dicen que como lo he comprado en Amazon no pueden hacer nada. Total, no recomiendo para nada está marca ni este producto, y sinceramente, segunda decepción con Amazon.
