Used these regularly for a while and they were a good, convenient way to stay hydrated. Easy to drop into water and the flavour is decent without being too strong. They worked well for light workouts and general hydration. I’ve since moved onto a stronger powder, but these are still a solid option for everyday use.

Facile à utiliser. Hydrate bien car je ne bois pas suffisament d’eau. Ceci m’oblige de boire 1 grand verre de plus par jour et d’avoir une hydratation supplémentaire grâce au produit..

Las compré para probar, normalmente compraba con sabor limón. Estas de frutos rojos tiene el mismo efecto que las de limón, pero se hacen menos pesadas al tener un sabor más agradable. Reduce el cansancio y el tiempo de recuperación es menor. He probado otras marcas y cuando uso estas haciendo las mismas rutas,noto que me canso menos. Hago xc, salidas 50, 60kms con unos 400, 500 de desnivel, con una media de 20km/h. No es algo excesivo pero tampoco voy de paseo. Son efervescentes, así que no te tienes que preocupar de que se deshagan, ni tienes que estar agitando, no dejan residuos en el bidón. En resumen, muy contento.
