Use this daily and excellent value for the money

This is my 3rd try in as many weeks. Think I may have finally gotten one that, doesn't make a beeping sound all the time, is deep enough for full foot submersion, and is nice and black with no branding. I am a little concerned by how lightweight the plastic is. My previous therapy wax bath lasted over 30 years! When you push the buttons they click instead of beep so I am hoping that means they are durable. I like the reservation tool for the same reason as other reviews in that I can set it to be warm by the time I wake up. I wish I could adjust the temperature that that reservation option uses as 131 F is a little too hot for me. One note.... If you are using the reservation option, do not put your hands in the wax without turning it to the temperature setting and wait to check what the actual temperature of the wax is. The display in reservation shows you the set temperature, not the actual temperature, so I ended up putting my hands in 140° temperature wax when it read 131!

I bought this paraffin wax heater as a gift for my brother as he is recovering from a serious MRSA infection. He wakes up every morning with terrible stiffness and the wax helps him to be able to move his hands.

Electronics are primitive with this appliance! It doesn’t “remember” a time set for it to turn on, or a previous temperature setting. It operates in two modes: time or temperature. Time set to supposed melted wax state is 3 to 99 hours, with the supposition the wax will be ready for use in 3 hours. I never found that to be the case. Setting the unit for 24 hours, which was actually 23 hours in real time would turn the heater on at hour 21. I found it easier to use in temp mode where the desired temp must be set each time it’s turned on, and actually set 15-20 degrees higher so that the wax will be melted. At that point the actual desired temp must be set so that burns don’t result. Next use the drill is the same. A more expensive unit might be less frustrating!

I got this to give myself some paraffin wax therapy on my hands due to carpal tunnel and it's really good machine. Sturdy, good quality, and for the price you can't beat it. The physical therapists liked it also

Its not even been 6 months and the machine has got spoiled. The plastic has started to burn. Thankfully the client’s leg was not in when this happened. I want to get in touch with the vendor. Pls connect for servicing the machine
