Allergy Research Group, Dim,120 Vegetarian Capsules

I have tried many DIM supplements and this one actually works. The reason it works better is the microencapsulation, which allows it to be absorbed. most other supplements add Bioperine which aids in the absorption. But other brands didn't give me the results that these do. I only take two capsules a day. It is helping me lose weight without making any dietary changes. Getting older really slowed my metabolism. This supplement has restored it.

I started taking this on the advice of my naturopath and it was a surprise to me and her that it cleared my skin of constant breakouts and eczema. I've rarely been so sure that I could attribute a result so directly to one supplement, but when I ran out of the first 2 month dose and stopped taking it for a couple of weeks, I had skin problems again. Within a week of starting it again, my skin cleared up.

Good quality brand

I've been taking DIM for a couple of years, as recommended by my naturopath when tests revealed my estrogen levels were sky high. I take two 2x/day and notice that my periods are much more tolerable. I've run out of DIM a couple of times and felt my period symptoms were noticeably worse. I'll keep taking this as long as I need to.

I've really enjoyed this brand of DIM. The price is cheaper than a lot but the quality is just as good as any other brands. I've noticed my skin has been clearer, and my facial hair has gotten a lot thinner and less visible. I'd recommend this brand because you get a good product for less.
