Allergy Research Group - Zen Sleep - Vitamin B6, GABA, L-Theanine, 5-HTP - 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I have terrible insomnia so the fact that this worked at all is worth five stars. It wasn't a miracle worker and I did have to combine it with other supplements for it to work, but it was especially helpful in that it has different ingredients than most other sleeping formulations contain. I especially appreciated that it did NOT contain melatonin like so many sleeping supplements do, which then causes many people to become immune to melatonin. By using the mix of Gaba, 5-HTP, etc they are attacking sleep from a totally different angle than a lot of the herbal supplements as well, which was a wonderful new approach to sleep. I highly recommend this to anyone who feels like they have tried everything out there without success. Its so refreshing to find a company who has given it some thought and created a new formula!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wow, only just tried this but initial impression is great - helped me sleep and woke up very relaxed. Will update if that changes.

Works better than any supplement I’ve tried so far. Very restful sleep. No groggy feeling in the morning. I gave it a 4 star because I still wake up earlier than my alarm, but I’m super happy being able to sleep.

I was looking for a new sleeping pill since I work a lot and I'm usually up late at night. However I had a strange adverse reaction to these pills and this particular brand. Perhaps these will work for you but they did not work for me. I tried them for a week and they caused sleep paralysis, which is horrifying and intense nightmares. I personally cannot recommend these. There's something in this product that is causing this problem. I have tried different brands of sleeping pills over the years. I've even gotten prescriptions from my doctor to help me sleep through the night. They do carry this brand at my doctors office however, I cannot in good faith. Recommend these to anyone. If you're looking for something different, maybe these will work for you however they did not work for me. Full disclosure.
