Everything written in nice way. It's a manual, no bull sheet guide. Page and print is awesome

One of the best books I've read on management. If you run a small or medium sized company, this book is for you. It can be a little frustrating and overwhelming when you read this book the first time. But keep at it. Read it few more times, chapter by chapter and it becomes easier to act on the framework the book is suggesting. The book is now required reading for our leadership team. The other thing I loved about the book is the list of books it recommends. For each topic, the author has included other books you can read to better understand the topic. I've already purchased a bunch of them and it certainly helps to make progress on specific areas.

A lots of information in such a short book. Looks like the entire information you need as an entrepreneur for growing your organization.

The book was well packaged. But it seems like a photocopy version. The papers are relatively thin. Unlike versions I see on YouTube, the book I got doesn't have a laminated cover, prints are black and white, and the images too are B&W.

I read Scaling Up eight months ago and have done three re-reads ever since. Every re-read provides me a lot of food for thought and action! All 6 of us in our Strategy Council have read the book - one of those rare books that combine the theory with actionable tools and frameworks on every single page.

Scaling Up, one of the best book I have ever read for enhancing business with all proven strategies. The businesses, start-ups which are dreaming to make something bigger, should read this book to stream line all your processes and make everything smoother. Size of the company doesn't matter.

Giving full insights on were to focus and how to focus on various aspects of business. It has taken out relevant sections from many top books and present in a useful way for business growth.

The quality is not good and it looks like it is used

Our company is a case study in the making and I hope to soon have our success story included in Verne's next book! Before I had a chance to finish Scaling Up I knew I needed to order a book for the management team and now it is clear to me that the entire team needs to read and embrace the book. We are in the process of scaling from 30-50 people and I know the methods and teachings in the book will make the transition not only possible but also with dividends beyond our expectation. Already we have been able to implement our Quarterly goals, scoreboards and the team has already become more engaged in our objectives. It's also very clear that the entire Gazelles team is aligned as they have amazing customer service and genuinely want to help companies grow.

Scaling up is a brilliant process described in this book to enable any business to grow beyond its wildest dreams. Since buying the book I have attended a 4-day Scaling Up workshop, this stuff should be part of the school curriculum for year 11 and 12 business students, and I recon could easily be included in a first or secondary degree course. Easy to understand, logical, and incredibly powerful. I work assisting small businesses to become smarter and earn more profit whilst reducing their hours, Scaling up is the ultimate blueprint for the evolution of any business as we know it, from employing 5 people to up to multinational corporations. A compelling read, reference book, and go to book to keep you on track.
