Good support Make sure to compare US sizing to metric for perfect fit. Great support especially should need comfort and have problems with your feet. As always use caution when wearing flip flops. Not quite as young as once were good option

Taste, texture and size are tolerable for me.
Taking with iron supplement. Very tolerable. You can remove cotton wool packing if you are not travelling/ shaking the bottle which can damage the tablets. I found these tablets easier to swallow without chewing than the round flat 500 mg formulation. I prefer these tablets.
