I Purchase this phone for my 68 year old father, it’s perfect and simple for him. Battery life is awesome. I simply removed the sim from his old phone and put it in this phone. It took less then 5 minutes for the phone connection. Awesome basic phone.

The phone does not work for me. I have been to the AT&T Store and he said to look for the bars -top left-When I'm in my home there is no bar-when I go outside there are two bars. Works fine then. I called AT&T tech and she told me to return the phone to Amazon. Mary Ann brownI wish it worked, I like the phone. I quess I will have to return it. Please tell me how to return it-what do I need to do.???

For what it is worth I give this phone five stars. First off, it is not a Galaxy S7 or iPhone 7. It doesn't claim to be so don't judge it based on those. What it is though is a good phone for my daughter to use to contact me and text me. She lost her phone privileges due to being like many teenagers these days with the world at their finger tips and acting irresponsibly on it. So I had to shut her down. This phone fixes the issues with trying to keep up with her friend's drama, cut down on the complaining about what her friends are doing and she's not, no more "life's not fair because so and so is.." sure she can text her friends, but she has to work at it by tapping 3 or 4 times to get the right letter. Oh and no emojis so it will be easier to decipher her conversations. I'm i being unreasonable, too strict, prying into her privacy? Yes and proud. It's called parenting. So parents if you want to get a phone that drastically cuts down of your kids social media habits and disappearance from the family get this one. The reception is good and this one work on the T-mobile network even though it was an AT&T phone and has 3G.

Wanted this basic flip phone for my senior wife. Ordered it because it clearly states that it is a 3G phone. Went to activate it on Ting and could not get it to activate. Called Ting and was informed that this model is a 2G phone and Ting does not have 2G service. The phone came as an ATT unlocked product and ATT no longer has 2G service either. Phone is worthless and unfortunately I wasn't able to discover this before the warranty period expired and was not able to return. Waste of money!

I needed to replace my old 2G flip phones. This phone supports 3G and fills that requirement easily. It felt almost like coming home to set it up for my use. It was unlocked so I did not need to do anything there.Results from people wanting to use on T-Mobile vary. AT&T would be better. My carrier is neither and working well. I do not use for internet.

Using on tmobile Network. Simple to use for an older family member. Don't expect a lot from the data use. The phone is not capable of doing what smart phones can do . Serves it's purpose to make calls . Easy to set up. Texting capability but totally old school. GREAT phone to give younger kids or older adults.
