Apart from curries, it works perfectly for roasting also. I have used it for Roasting poha ( flattened rice ), peanuts, cashew, almonds etc and these taste just yum.

I love cooking in cast iron as it is safe to use. I believe that cooking vessels must be safe to use and made with premium quality raw materials. I have always seen my grandmom using cast iron utensils be it tawa, pan or kadhai. Iron is a good conductor of heat, which makes it ideal for cooking. The casserole looks very cute in my kitchen and is very heavy which makes it premium. The best part is it's pre-seasoned. This casserole is especially great for preparing Indian dishes. Apart from curries, it works perfectly for roasting also. I have used it for Roasting poha ( flattened rice ), peanuts, cashew, almonds etc and these taste just yum.
