Faulty Koleston Perfect 77/02 - Request for Replacement Despite No Return Policy
I have been using Koleston Perfect 77/02 for many years and know the product very well. I recently ordered two tubes, and although the box was sealed, one of the tubes was clearly faulty — the colour inside was extremely dark, almost black, which is not normal for this shade. It is usually a creamy, lighter tone before application. Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for return or replacement, which is very disappointing. I have paid for a product that is unusable, and there is no support offered for such an issue. This feels unfair and like a waste of money. Even if the item cannot be returned, I would appreciate being sent a working, undamaged product to replace the faulty one
