Does this comes home plug

Nope, only works with12 v car cigarette plug

Is it possible to get just the car cable? I can't find one for my cup.

Contact the manufacturer of the 12v cup.

Does this comes with a home and car charger

It comes with only the car charger. If you want to charge it at home, you'll have to purchase an adapter to plug the car charger to connect to an in home outlet. I think found something like this on Amazon but I didn't get around to buying it because I wanted to use it at home as well.
