Review: I read some of the other reviews and was a bit unsure as whether to buy these or not. I found them to be great! You need to remember these are "stamps", not cutters so you will have to use a reasonable amount of force to push down on your pasta and a little easing away of the dough from the edges is needed.. Because it stamps, not cuts it does seal down the edges very nicely, and I have had no leaks when cooking the ravioli. They are sturdy and comfortable to use. As long as you are not expecting these to cut easily you won't be disappointed.
