Excellent product, easy to use and actually works. Worked great until it didn't! Less than one year, no longer turns on

I've suffered from asthma for years. It got really bad over the past couple of years. I purchased this product after seeing the many reviews. It was great for purifying the air and you can also add essential oil drops to the top humidifier part as well. I couldn't sleep a whole night without coughing until I began using ths device. So far so good.

I was very skeptical given the glaring typos and poorly translated gimmicky advertisements in the product description, but I gave it a shot because there are virtually no options for an all in one humidifier/hepa filter. We've been using it for a few weeks now and are very happy. The filter works very well. With 4 dogs during allergy season there has been a noticeable improvement in air quality. I was most skeptical about the efficiency of the wick humidifier attachment, but it exchanges about as much water the Holmes humidifier we are replacing. Specifically it bumps the humidity by about 10% in our master bedroom. It is also much easier to fill and clean when compared to other humidifiers. The only negative things I have to say about it are: it is pretty loud on the highest setting, and the power and setting lights are very bright. Both of these issues are easily overcome. The medium setting is noticeably quieter so we use that at night. As for the light, we just put a small peace of vinyl tape over the lights.

I just received my order today when it was suppose to be delivered until Monday (which makes it a plus) Firstly it's a lot bigger than I expected it to be. I loved how it basically came together in the box just had to remove the plastic on the filters. The directions are straight forward and with the picture dimastration I had it running in no time. Just within i couple minutes of use I could tell a difference in the air. I purchased this item because I have a 5 month old. Yes we do have a humidifier (fridababy brand) and it sucked -just didn't help my baby at all. He would always wake up with his nose dry no matter how powerful or close it was to him. Once I ran this and he was down for a nap... guess what NO DRY NOSE!!! Should've had this on the baby registry instead of the frida. Long story short going into the fall/winter season I have no fear when it comes to my son having a dry nose.

To be honest. Low mode or medium mode it doesn't work. And air humidifier is just joke. I gave 3 stars because it was easy to return and got my full refund

it's quiet and I can definitely feel the difference in the air within an hour. best for use in a bedroom, probably not strong enough for a large space. on high you'll hear it, but it's not annoying. on low it is silent.

It is not loud. How fast it started working the very first day. My dog, daughter and I have allergies and believe it or not it helped us out the very first day. They were not sneezing and how relaxed they were. I am glad I purchased this item. I brought another one for upstairs.

Worked fine initially but only lasted 6 months. Can’t return it and it’s too expensive for it to only work 6 months! Highly disappointed!
