we have ordered 3 of these knee supports and have found that they offer good support to the knee, and do not slide down like other brands do. It tends to get restrictive after several hours of wearing, especially in the Florida heat. The only negative is that you have to be careful when not using--if you don't fold the Velcro strip back on itself it sticks to the elastic and ruins the fabric of the brace.

This so far has been an amazing and brilliant buy. I’ve had cartilage problems since I played football and 3 operations and I managed to play a fun game with my pupils at school and never had any pain the next day...that’s a first because every time I do exercise like this I’m in agony the next days/ week. I’m going to try more physical activity so I’m happy to comment again in a few weeks. Excellent so far but I’ll add more after I do more.
