A few tips to get the most out of your brush: • For dry brushing, begin at the ends of your limbs and work toward your heart, always toward the heart, in a circular pattern. *This method can help the lymphatic system in your body flow and has many other benefits. To learn more, give it a google search; Dry Brushing • For a self massage Flip the brush over and use the nubs on the backside following the same method as for dry brushing. * This side tends to feel better done on dry skin. Water or just soap and water make it skip and jump across the skin vs gliding in a pleasurable way. *Backside of the brush can also feel great if you add a little oil to your skin before using. (coconut oil is my favorite, but any massage oil or carrier oil, think olive oil, apricot oil, almond oil, etc. will do. Now Brand is a good one). ⚠️ Caution ⚠️ *Only use oil if you are not in the bath or shower a) it will be very slippery b) it will clog your drain/pipes I would not recommend using oil for dry brushing, or for use on the brush side. For the brush side you get a nice clean and smooth brushing experience by simply using your favorite soap and water. Though I do still follow the principals of dry brushing by beginning at my hands and working up, toward the heart. Beginning at the feet/ankles and working up the legs.. you get the idea. Lo uso para pies y es muy cómodo, quizá las cerdas un poco cortas. Pero aun así está bien para su precio. Su mango es suficiente largo y rigido-flexible para usarse.

I can't believe anyone thinks this is too rough. I mean, this is your back - scratch it! This is a medium brush - I've had others that were softer, and I had one really good one that was harder. Personally, I'd like it a bit harder, but this is good enough - just barely. I like to put body oil on it and scrub my back in the shower then rinse, especially in dry weather, keeps my back from itching until my next shower. I still can't believe people think it is too hard - it's totally not. But, it gets the job done and is more firm than many others out there. I do wish the handle were about four inches longer, but I can reach with this if I stretch a bit. I bought two, both direct prime, and they each had blue translucent handles.

Good quality and does the job .. bristles are a little stiff so if sensitive I wouldn’t get it ! But I like it for scrubbing my back !
