Carlyle Fenugreek Capsules | 300 Count | Non-GMO & Gluten Free Extract

I got these to help increase testosterone overall. I've been taking it for some time and it has raised my levels along with all of the other stuff I'm taking. overall its a good value for price. Easy to swallow the serving size, and seem to be good quality.

I take three a day to keep my milk supply strong. I breastfeed and I store about 8-10 ml of milk each day. If I skip a day it makes a noticeable difference. I’ve used this product for years. I started with my first born when I needed to produce more milk and I’m on my fourth baby now. Only downside to all fenugreek supplements is that my sweat smells different but I might be smelly because I lactate. It’s not a strong odor and I do have a sensitive nose. No one else around me has complained.

I have been taking this specific product for about 3 years, one Fenugreek capsule before my two main meals each day, with at least 8 ounces of liquid. This means one bottle lasts me for 6 months. I use the Fenugreek as part of what I do every day to maintain a healthy blood sugar control range. I have never had any side effects. This specific product works for me. I will never stop taking it.

I only write reviews for exceptionally good or bad things. Two days ago I started eating one daily bowl of oatmeal and started taking this supplement. As a reference, I have an almost 6 week old baby and I am exclusively breast-feeding. Previously, the most I could ever pump was about 2 1/2 ounces. Yesterday in the early morning hours I fed my daughter (she usually takes in 2 to 3 ounces per feeding) and I decided to pump immediately after… I got over 2 ounces after a full feeding! Previously, I could only get that amount if I pumped independent of a feeding while my husband was giving her a bottle. This morning while my husband was giving my daughter a bottle, I pumped and got almost 4 1/2 ounces!! I’ve also just noticed that my breasts are slightly larger and my let down reflex is more active. I don’t know if it was the oatmeal or the supplement (I had only taken one before I noticed these changes). I was also one of those people who is very skeptical of natural remedies to increase supply. My recommendation would be to try the oatmeal first and see if that works, if not, it does not hurt to try the supplement. This increase in milk supply will help tremendously with building a stash of milk.

Excellent for hormonal changes, menopause, hot flashes, and a welcome energy boost—you feel great with it.
