How fast to they fade?

My experience of two summers of partial direct sunlight is that the orange is gone. The letters become white. So Yes, it does fade. Consistently. This has happened on two of them.

are there prepunched holes?

I don't recall if there were or not. However, I hammered a nail in the top center and bottom center so the sign would not pull out as the trees grew. Easy to nail.

What are the dimensions of this sign?

9 1/4 tall and 13 1/2 wide Very thin, easily bent especially during shipping.

does it glow in the dark?

Nope, It's flimsy thin. I tacked mine to plywood and screwed it to a tree. Still Looks good.
