Not quite what I needed.
I ordered this to replace an OEM one that was not available for a few months. It did work, however It was not quite the same as the OEM one we needed and required extensive programming to work around the difference. Not the fault of the product.

Nope. Unable to establish bi-directional connectivity
No worky. Back to the drawing board. Tried every combination of the converter and their software. I know serial can be tricky. But this is 2022. Documentation is sketchy. Online help is limited also in this regard as it refers to images of previous versions of the software, not what is currently published. Moving on.
