What was the actual blade length? Three descriptions showing 3.25", 3.5" and drawing shown was 3.7"...

Blade length is 4.75 inches. Very sharp out of the box and the back edge throws excellent sparks off of a ferrocerium rod.

Is it ok to leave this stored in the sheath or will this promote rust?

That depends on the humidity level where you live & store your knife. I live in a desert environment, I keep mine oiled & sheathed, no rust problems.

Can I get a sheath for this knife that also has ferro rod?

BPS sells a separate sheath with a ferro rod. It is generic and should fit this knife.

Are the screws epoxied or thread-locked?

I think they are thread locked....great knife and sheath for the money...35 dollars .unheard of
