Husband takes this for his cancer. It takes terriable. so he tries his best to just swallow it quick. Since this was recommended by his doctor. It comes it several different forms but the pills works best for him. He also takes alot of vitamins to slow down his cancer.

I don’t know what I am supposed to feel but I haven’t noticed and positives or negatives… maybe it’s just a multi mineral of sorts but it didn’t improve my hair or libido which is what I was hoping for.I’ll keep taking it and try other brands when I run out though…
