Well Worth the $$$
Nice product and worked well the first time we used it. The 16" barely fit in our oven, and it's a large oven. Make sure to preheat the stone before baking on it and follow the instructions. It worked great on a frozen pizza where the crust was actually crips and not burnt

Works great !! I use it in my Traeger , Weber Charcoal and Gas grill . Works in any of my grills for fantastic CRISPY crust homemade pizza every Friday . Just wipe off after using with damp cloth . Just be a lil neat when loading pizza and no problem keeping clean . We love it . Great cooking stone .

Good stone
This stone is a good stone for a reasonable price. It was well packed and arrived intact. I am a little disappointed because it doesn't seem to get as hot as my old stone, so the bottom crust of my pizza is not quite as crisp. Same oven, same brand of frozen pizza, same oven temp -- the only variable is the stone. I am still hoping that it will pick up more flavor.

Thickest / Heaviest Pizza Stone on Amazon. Works great!
Love this Pizza stone. It's the heaviest, thickest one I found on Amazon. And pizza makers know you rely on the pizza stone's retained heat to crisp up the bottom crust. So, the more stone the more heat it retains and uses to crisp the crust.And remember, you need to heat this stone up for a good 30 minutes or more at full oven temp to get the stone up to cooking temperature before sliding in the Pizza. It's essential!To keep pizza from sticking you'll want to sprinkle a modest coat of corn meal on this thing right before putting the pizza on it.Don't wash it, don't oil it. Just use a flat edge to scrape it clean after use.

Moderately disappointed with purchase
I was really looking forward to using the pizza stone. It fit perfectly within my toaster oven, it looked good, and it was lightweight enough that I found it easy to use. However, even though I followed the directions by preheating the stone and thawing the frozen pizza, the crust was, sadly, still soggy. I tried it again, this time cooking the pizza using the convection oven setting and the crust was crisper than the first time. But, it still wasn't as crisp as I hoped it would be. All in all, if I had known how disappointed I would be in the results, I would have saved my money by not making this purchase.

Good pizza stone.
I found the instructions to be a little confusing. I had to adjust to what I thought was right. We use a frozen pizza which I add extra cheese and green olives to the pepperoni pizza. I preheated my new oven which preheats quickly to 500 for about 20 min to 1/2 hour then adjusted the temp to 400 which is what the pizza directions say. I cooked it for 27 minutes and it turned out great. I think next week I'll try 26 minutes as it was a tad overdone. It is heavy and pizza needs to be placed on stone while in oven for better handling. The stone does discolor.

La piedra es demasiado delgada, pero tengo la vaga impresiรณn que la metieron rota a la caja de poliestireno porque venia dentro de otra caja de cartรณn grueso y luego dentro de la caja de Amazon. Inรบtile decir que no vuelvo a comprar con este vendedor.

Perfect for crispy, chewy crust
Very pleased with this pizza stone, well worth it to achieve the perfect crispy, chewy pizza crust. I will only make pizza with this stone from now on. As we need to make gluten-free pizzas - never thought we could bake an authentic crust. Works perfectly. Well worth the $.
