Was told about this cream by another patient whilst I was in hospital with a really bad endometriosis flare) she said it helped with her fibro and endo. She let me try some. I really liked the smell and instantly got myself a pot. Since then i have been using daily and it has been helping with my sleep. The fact there is no greasiness is amazing and makes me feel good even when in pain. I have recomend to others since buying it. Pot looks good and and and I feel it would make a good gift. It absorbs very well

Love it, I have restless leg syndrome and neuropathy in my toes that were driving me crazy and interfering with my sleep i used this and after a few days my rls eased and the prickling in my toes started to ease up as well, weeks later I haven’t had a problem with either and have been sleeping better, so its good to give it a try as not every one reacts the same you just have to find the one for you.

This smells divine, yet subtle It islight and soothing on the skin. I have tried a vegan magnesium butter on my legs prior to this and it was expensive, this has been far more effective and helped me sleep. Excellent value too.

I’ve tried a few magnesium creams before, but this one actually feels like a proper pamper product rather than a sticky supplement cream. The texture is thick and buttery, but it sinks in surprisingly well without leaving that greasy film. The lavender and chamomile scent is strong—which I personally love before bed—but if you’re sensitive to fragrance, it might be too much. I’ve been applying it to my shoulders and calves about half an hour before sleep, and it genuinely seems to help me unwind. I wouldn’t say it knocks me out instantly, but the ritual and aroma definitely cue my brain that it’s bedtime. Pros: lovely rich texture, relaxing scent, feels high-quality packaging. Cons: scent could be overpowering for some, tub design means you have to dip fingers in (a pump would be nicer).

Firstly, I never write reviews, but I just had to for this product! For context I've never had any issues falling asleep, but I'm prone to waking up in the night and laying there for 2+hrs unable to get back to sleep. That was until I started using this body butter about a month ago. Honestly, I've not been awake in the night for more than 10mins since using it. I lather it on my lower legs, forearms and a bit on my neck. The smell is devine, and like others have said it's not sticky in the slightest (don't have to wash my hands after applying it). If I could give it more stars I would.

Fabulous product. It is so thick, so the texture I love, crave, the thickness absorbs, a little big needed to fully be spread on to skin. It moisturises and helps skin recovery. Its wonderful as believed, I slathered it on, relaxing, calming and doing my skin great as I sleep well OK, sleep affected daily why my skin bad because of ASB harssment. So dry, sensitive reactivate to stess. Why this brand, product helps me to calmed relax down. A distraction aid, helping my skin throughtgus really torturing time if sleep deprevation of 233 caused by my local council refudinv ti do a repair to flat below. Nor evicting and prosecuting tenant. So my health, skin, declined, destroying me. Now best I can do, is buy anything that helps me try to get rest sleep, helps my skin to try to heal. Really nice cream, and a lovely scent. The cream is silky soft and lovely on the skin. A lovely lavender smell, gorgeous. Now as much as I can go on about the silky skin and the scent, the main object of this cream is to help us sleep with the added bonus of magnesium. I have what’s called RLS ( Restless leg syndrome) RLS is very common but not a lot can be done to help the cause. I use magnesium spray all the time however although fabulous, yes it works, I’m fed up with sticky legs. I wanted to buy this cream just to see if it works for me. My routine is a bath with epsom salts, then the alternate night I smooth in this cream, I massage it in for 10-20 minutes. The first night it worked, great I was very pleased. I loved the smoothness of my legs, but my main aim was my RLS, sadly it isn’t good enough ( worked only one night) to cater for my needs. It’s a shame, but this didn’t support a good sleeping pattern, I was fidgeting all night. So I’ll have no choice but to go back to magnesium spray. This cream is pleasant but doesn’t do what I wanted it for, so I won’t be buying any more. It was worth a try.

Smells nice, works alright as a moisturiser but no, it does not help my frozen shoulder which is the reason why I bought it in the first place.

Very useful in soothing a lack of sensation

Very good cramp cream. I did an intense day challenge consisting of high altitude and was experiencing cramping throughout the challenge. I applied and massaged it in before bed and to my surprise i was not awoken my mignoght cramping. This is a first, had a great sleep. Highly recommended, please not it needs to he massaged in
