Replace the tube and pump hot water from a cup until water pumps out. Replace the pump in the bottle. It's on the reasons why I love this brand. I use their foot and hand lotions, and my is thrilled abut that. Just make sure you don't use a lot of it because applying it will require more work to rub it in. Too much will also make your skin a little sticky, just like their other products. Again, a little bit goes a long way. The only thing I don't care for is the bottle design. The pump only works so well, and then I have to shake the container, lid removed, to get the rest. There's more than a quarter cup that gets left behind.
