Corsair 7000D AIRFLOW Full-Tower ATX PC Case (High-Airflow Front Panel, Three Included 140mm Fans with PWM Repeater, Easy Cable Management, Spacious Interior, Customisable Side Fan Mounts) White

Ok to start with this is the best case i have ever had, also the biggest by far but it gets the job done, so there is a couple of things to know about this case, firstly is that the side fan mount only supports 4x 120mm and not 140mm fans. More than sufficient, also when i first used this case it did sound like a jet engine roaring, this was due to the built in fan splitter and my bios settings. The built in fan splitter must be powered by a sata power cable (same as the ssd to power supply cable), the issue turned out to be that the header i used for the fan was set to DC and not PCM, this meant it was firing all fans at max speed instead of a controlled curve. This one change in my bios made all the difference. Cable management has a lot of room and mounts for the fans come off completely for easy fitting of fans, just make sure when you mount the fans they are in the correct orientation and the cables are in the correct position to allow tidy cable management. You get some complimentary screws and tie wraps plus velcro cable tidies which is great, i never used a manual to figure out how to set up the case for my build as it was self explanatory and things are built in a way to make your life easier. I suggest you pick a place with a lot of space for your build as these doors open on hinges and i needed half a room to have both doors of the case open at the same time, i also found that my power supply cables were not long enough to reach things like my cpu and even my 24 pin so i did have to buy a cable extension kit to get around this. Also although i had lots of room for cable management i still found myself fighting with cables, this was due to cable extension connections being at the back, also the fact i am using a lot of fans. I moved the rear stock fan to the front so the front has 3 140mm stock fans, the rear has a noctua 140mm fan, the top has 3 noctua 140mm fans and the side has 4 120mm fans so you can imagine i am running a lot of cables. (case only comes with the non rgb 3 stock fans, the rest i bought separately) Although i needed to buy a PCU extension kit, change a bios setting, fight with cable management i will say this case is definitely worth every penny, it is very well made, strong, everything is designed to make your life easier, it looks great, it keeps my temps low on cpu and gpu and has plenty of space for anyone wishing to run a custom water loop. I only mention my building issues as i wish i knew before i started so i didn't have to wait an extra day for cables and google the hell out of the fan splitter to find it was a bios setting so i hope someone will read this and it will help them if they need it, otherwise my advice is, DEFINITELY buy this case, it is amazing!

So I've been moving case to case for a year or so and was never quite happy (phanteks p500a white before this), I'm hoping this is it now. I run a 5900x along with a 3090fe, all corsair hydro x pump/blocks and fittings commander pro controlling the lights and fans/pump. 7000d is big and heavy, the side, front and top panels are all solid thick steel with a really nice finish on them. I have the black version of this case which comes with a really nice tempered glass panel that is tinted. I've fitted 2 corsair xr5 420mm radiators in the front and top, and filled out the front and top with 140 QL fans, and then 4x120mm QL fans for the side in take. The rear cable management is good but can get quite busy once you have all the fan cables along with rgb cables in place, I placed the commander pro on the back plate behind the cpu and the 2 rgb controllers where the ssd mounts were (these i moved to the front below the gpu) Cant really see the need for the second door behind the side panel on the back, but i guess it makes it easier to look clean if you open the side panel?? lol If you don't do the cabling properly the side panels will just open, there doesn't appear to be a way to lock them/screw them into place, but you have a strong satisfying click when it closes and doesn't have an issue holding it into place. Overall the case is worth it from my point of view, Id say the over engineered it a little and could of reduced costs on the thickness of some of the steel and still had a good product. Once everything is in and filled with water this thing is heavy so be careful moving it around :D

This case was my first choice for a mega build of mine which includes the MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid X, which is a graphics card with an all-in-one liquid cooler combined. I wanted a system that would perform at the highest level without ever reaching its thermal limits, and so I wanted FANS. This case, along with the GPU's radiator, still holds a dozen other case fans so there is ample airflow through out every single area of this case, cooling all of the components nicely. I have a cat that spends most of his time in the same room as my PC, and the thing that impressed me most was after one month of having this PC operational, I went to clean it expecting half a metric tonne of cat hairs inside the case. To my surprise, there was literally NONE. Not one single hair had found its way past the fan filters included in the case by Corsair. All I had to do was clean off the dust and cat hair from the fans, then brush out the finer dust that collected at the bottom of the case. Every component still looks almost identical to when I put it together. A really, really impressive airflow case, and to top it off it's a sleek and elegant build with a full glass panel allowing me to enjoy my own handiwork. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend this to someone looking for a new full tower case.

First want to start with this ... I want it to return the case because my motherboard x570s MSI edge didn't fit in this case , I was waiting near 2 weeks for Hermes to show up and picked it up but of course this company prove again that are soоо bad ..but in this case I want it to give another try and reassemble again my pc and try one more time turns out I need to push a little more my motherboard further so my pre installed IO shield align properly, then all the rest was joy to build didint realize how joyfull is to build in a case that has plenty room , so easy my 420 LFII fit perfect with push pull on top and stay just above my VRM,just need it to push my CPU power cable at left side so the fans can fit then I put 3x140mm Arctic ARGB on front , fantastic fans btw and yes I want to confirm that you can put 3x140mm fans on a side aswel, need to fix them with some cable ties for example it fits perfect in the case and 1x140mm at rear. The air flow is fantastic it drop 5 degrees to my gpu temps 3070 stay 58-59 , GPU fans at 75%, and all other fans 1000 rpm you can always lower them if you don't like the noise which is not bad at all , my case before phanteks p600s was a great case as well but my GPU temps was 64-65 so definitely there is a difference I want to put my AIO on top because the case look too busy inside now it's a different story , I'm really happy with my purchase and the build quality aswell , it's on a heavy side with all the parts inside but I remove the hard drive cages inner door 2 metal covers inside and 1 behind the motherboard so it's fine , if you want future proof ,airflow ,and good quality this is the case for you . EDIT: just want to add for those who say that you can't fit 3x140mm fans on side you are wrong , as I show it on my picture 3x140mm noctua Fans are mounted on the side of 7000D you can't mount them with the screws but you can use cable ties and it fits perfect on the frame 3x140mm no vibrations at all .!

General layout and cooling flexibility but cable management takes time and I would use more flexible psu cables if doing again especially motherboard connection. Don’t expect to do this in 15mins and be satisfied.

Love this case. It’s huge and has tons of room. Airflow is brilliant and there is plenty of room for anything you could want to get in here. Only snag is it weighs around 15 KGs (when empty) so moving it around after building your system probably won’t be easy. Your system can easily exceed 20KGs with a heavy PSU and a good custom loop or something in here.

This was planned to have a 420mm rad up top (fitted no drama) with an additional 360mm rad on either the front (not enough clearance from 420) or the side (fitted easy p-z) power supply went in a dream mobo fitted easy (Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX, Intel Z790-Mainboard - Socket 1700) cable management, was ok (i removed the extra door) only issue id say i had was didn't have enough sockets on mobo for all the front panel usb , (but ill figure that out) So wasn't the cheapest, wasn't difficult to configure to how I wanted, but damn she thick But its a lovely home for my 4090, lots of air! and if i do ever look under the desk it looks good to

Originally had a CiT Raider Mid-Tower however the case didn't have much airflow, pretty much next to none, the fans it came with did not match many fan hubs nor motherboards so I decided to upgrade to this case, best case you would ever need. Plenty of room, no room issues for anything whatsoever, however, the only downside I will say is the fans the case comes with, they are pretty noisy but easy to replace if needs be. The case is assembled extremely well being able to remove and add components easily. If you're looking for a Full Tower case with plenty of room, long-lasting and incredible design, I would highly recommend buying this, yes it is quite expensive for a case, however worth it, the only case you will ever need.

Very well made case, bit over kill in places like double back door, plenty of room to put stuff, i got 420 Radiator CPU cooler and a 240 GPU cooler, 16 fans in total all runn fine, keeps the noise down because of solid materials, heavy at 18kg without anything in it, so be prepared to heavy lift (25KG) when fully built.

Yes, Corsair isn't cheap. But you get the appropriate quality for the price. My old Corsair case is even more stable, but that's just complaining at a high level. All manufacturers are cutting corners these days. Good product, which I can recommend without reservation.

This case is a GEM. I have built a few computers so far in my life, and I think this was the easiest case to build in yet. Though it is a Full-Tower case, so with all the real-estate, it better be easy! The case is Big, it weighs in at a whopping 49 Lbs. empty. However, with my whole build it easily tips the scale at 85-90 lbs. The pictures do not do this case justice, it is BIG, and has a large footprint. Standing at around 2.5 Feet tall, almost 2.5 feet long, and 10 inches wide, you need to make sure you have the space for this case! The chassis is made of thick gauge steel, and feels and looks durable. The metal panels are also thick, and quite hefty, requiring two hands to comfortably handle and maneuver. However the panels are easy to remove on both the sides, front, and top. The removable racks for fans is a very nice touch that made installing the Rad, and fans a breeze. I only used one tray for my LTS 3.5" HDD and the rest of my storage is done through NVMe SSD's. however if you plan on using all 6 trays you will have to be meticulous in cable management because it doesn't leave much room for extra cables let alone using 2.5" SATA drives, so I recommend getting a modular PSU for this case. If you fill your fan slots with corsair fans (I had 12 in total) the cable management bay is a tad bit on the cramped side for the size of the case, but it is workable if you have enough time and patience. I will list my build below to show what I have living comfortably in this tech mansion. The amount of cutouts for the cable routing is very nice in such a large case, there are a couple things I wish I'd done differently. If you like the RGB features like I do, I recommend spending the extra money on Corsair Link systems. It alone would cut the amount of cable routing by nearly 75% and you wont wind up with a rats nest of cables. The commander series of fans have short cables and required some ingenuity to route them to reach the Commander Core and Commander Core XT Modules for all the effects. (mine are still not in order and I spent the greater part of 8 hours on cable routing and management and I'm not 100% happy with where I wound up). However, I'm willing to admit that I went haywire with the RGB fans and went for the less expensive Non-LINK fans so it is mostly my fault. If corsair Were to supply or Offer a kit of a few extension cables for your front fans for the RGB and PWM cables this would work out just fine and It would have saved me a few hours of Cable Routing, however I am not attempting to say this is their fault by any means. Their cable management system provides 2 channels to route cables with Velcro straps to fasten the cables to the chassis. These Channels are small, however, and tend to give troubles for high end power hungry motherboards as their custom cables have the capacitors that eat precious room in these channels. Other than the options for cable management, this is a very nice looking, functional case that is built very well and seems to carry the expected Corsair quality. I 100% recommend this case if you are in the Market for a sleek Modern case to house your large components and give plenty of airflow to keep your expensive parts cool. Mainly good but slightly over engineered. Focus could have been done with it in other areas. It can be a little form over function.
