I don't write many reviews on Amazon. A product is usually fantastic or horrible for me to comment. First off, this product was an incredible deal. I had already changed the spark plug with a name brand, but that alone cost half the price of this kit! I did not use the spark plug, but it's probably fine, judging by everything else. Anyway, flawless fit with everything , but gaskets were not perfect match, but fit bolt holes, I used original ones which were fine. One difference on this carburetor is that the choke automatically also engages full throttle when at full choke. My old carb didn't do this, I had to hold the trigger down, or lock it at full throttle. Auto choke disengages when you pull on the throttle trigger, very nice. So. Prime three times, full choke, pull. Instant start. One freaking pull, I kid you not. After years of struggling to start this thing with voodoo and a prayer, always refusing when I need it most. No adjustments even seem necessary, although they provide the tool. I did later touch up the idle speed Phillips head screw. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to adjust blower carbs, if needed. I went through a full tank, flawless, like 40 minutes. You will need to remove the fuel tank to fish the new fuel lines. The submersible fuel filter dongle pickup goes on the line away from the primer bulb. Cut the new hoses at a steep angle, so it has a sharp end to feed. This is the most frustrating part. You're going to need something like needle nosed pliers and picks to grab fuel lines, pull out, attach filter, then push back inside. Make sure the filter hangs all the way to the front of the tank, away from the cap, to get full pickup capacity. FYI, they provide enough fuel line for like 5 blowers! 10 stars, since it easily solved a huge problem and saved buying a new blower for 10 times more! Better than new, never started this easy. Delivery was also perfect, arrived one hour before I finished mowing, took an hour to install, one pull starting now. Only regret was not doing this years ago. Going to buy a lottery ticket now....

Great fix for an aged, sitting old Ryobi RY28025. Takes about 20-30 min to install and then it fired right up. This is the second time over the 15 years I've had the trimmer that I did this. There aren't any instructions but there's plenty on YouTube and literally anyone can do this install. Excellent value for the money.

So glad l found this carburetor. It’s the exact replacement for my Ryobi SS 26 weed eater. I’m pessimistic by nature but after 10 minute install it cranked right up. No adjustments needed. Solid purchase.
