Still looking for that magical lubmer yard close to me(LA) where I can buy those for 1/4th the price. Till I find it, these do the job fine. Have used them 4 times so far and they still hold out. I just make sure to heat up the side I will cook on first to kill off any germs before cooking.

Very thin but does the trick
These planks are very thin however they do the trick for one time use. Be sure to soak thoroughly so that you don’t risk them catching fire on the grill.

Poor quality cedar, too porous, so burn easily, not char.

Not what I expected
I love using Cedar Planks to cook salmon. When I ordered these I did not expect them to be so small. These are best used for a very small piece of salmon.

Junk!
These are so small and thin , also the boards are rough not smooth they look like pieces of scrap wood!!! never again rip off!!!!

Quality, good thickness, soak a bit longer and use multiple times!
Nice quality and thickness. Not too rough. I can usually wash them after use and use them again. Just be sure to soak them well for multiple uses. Make great tasting meat.
