It mixes nicely with cold water. Has a gritty texture until the water saturates. Really didn’t check the ingredients until now. So even though it says real butter, which it is, the other ingredients take up space. Nonfat dry milk and least we not forget salt. Definitely don’t need to add salt. It’s easy to calculate doses. I needed 2 tbsp of butter, so 1/4 cup powered butter, 1 tbsp cold water, will equal = 2 tbsp of butter. The taste reminds me of the real butter in the Philippines. Tastes like butter but not quite there. But, no one should expect it to taste exactly like butter. Anywho, we need it so that one doesn’t have to add an extra ingredient in the end.

This is a great item for my cooking needs. Dissolves easily in hot water. Great to add in many recipes. Shelf storage is so nice.

This stuff is delicious on popcorn, if you know how to apply it. I thoroughly whisk it with water a poor it into a a high quality spray bottle (sanitized). Just shake the bottle and give your popcorn a spray or two to suit your taste. There is no need to refrigerate these re-hydrated butter flakes. It keeps for a long time right there next to my popcorn machine. I re-sanitize the bottle and pump every time I have to make more.

I would give this 5 stars but I didn’t think I was going to get it opened. Even my husband couldn’t open it, I finally had to pry under lid with butter knife.

Very good. Didn't realize containg sugar but not much. Prefer no sugar.

I use this everyday in most of my cooking. It's all the real butter flavor without the oil. It adds flavor to almost anything, soup, stew, sauces, gravy, bread, cake, you cook it and this butter powder makes it better. Awesome product, arrived on time and is as advertised. I get this by subscription, so I won't run out. Highly recommended.
