Amazing phone!
Received it today!All set up is done now and it is really a great phone and a big leap in smart phones appearance!Was always waiting for a large sturdy flip phone with dual sim and finally it arrived!Yes very expensive and a big investment but really worth it!Cons is mainly battery! It is not as great as an s21 ultra for example nor the camera as well but you can not have it all!Happy to buy it!

Perfect phone but selfie camera.
Everything is just perfect about this phone. However, I found the selfie camera somehow really weak. I also hate the disappearance of our 2nd physical SIM card slot. Some of us need 2 physical SIMs

In less than six month's time, the device started showing network connectivity issues! Samsung customer care confirmed there is a hardware glitch, and they want to change the display that is costing AED 1850/- A complete rip off!! They refused to honor the warranty due to a small scratch on one of the corners of the device! Very bad experience with Samsung. After using Samsung forever, I am now switching to Apple! There were several customers in the service center every time I visited, complaining about the similar phone and similar type of issues! NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

Never to buy
One of the worst experiences....after 7 months the screens all turned black...I changed them all..then after 3 month it turned again..They dont want to fix although it is still under warranty..and saying it is because of the misuse...Nonsense
