They have been lifeline of my fitness regime. Gives nice support to many exercises

The Lifeline rotating handles, triple handles and interchangeable bands are quality products. I've bought several that can be combined into multiple levels of resistance. Great for finishers.

These are amazing additions to a work out! They are honestly a work out in themselves. Get the handles to go with them and the possibilities are nearly endless! I wrap it around a stair rail and it allows me to do squats, simulate bench press, takes the place of any free weight exercise you could imagine! Seriously a great buy! I actually canceled my gym membership this week because I can buy more of these bands at different weights for less than my monthly fees at the gym. Also a great factor, these are super portable. Just throw them in your bag and workout anywhere! On the beach, in the woods, on a camping trip, on a cruise, on the bus, on a plane, on your break at work, in your car, seriously anywhere! Don't hesitate, well worth the money!
