The vest fits well. Definitely works for plus size women . I do recommend getting a size up no matter youo gender, and connect the zippers at the smaller part of you waist and pull down. It may ride up slightly on a bike if you are on the larger size. Overall worth the investment!

Perfect fit
This item will definitely make you sweat. The item is packaged well and it gives off a strong plastic smell out of the bag however it is completely normal. Overall, the size was just as I expected and the product is well made. Definitely worth the price.

I was skeptical...
So, I don't really sweat that much no matter how intense the workout, run, sun, etc. I was looking for something that had back support and would maybe help me burn more fat including visceral fat around the midsection. Well, let me tell you - this thing makes you sweat. My runs seem to be much more efficient in burning fat after a month of wearing this. The midsection support is just ok, but the vest was well worth it.
