**Q: What is the maximum baking temperature for these pans**
A: I used it in my woodfired pizza oven which was probably around 380 degrees celcius. Hasn't affected the non stick of the pan, has slightly warped it but no issue other than that

very poor durability and hence poor value for the money. These are standard Teflon coated pans that you can buy anywhere for a fraction of the cost. If you cook DSP often the frivolous alone will scratch the Teflon coating. For a few pounds more I recommend you buy the real deal 14 gauge anodised aluminium pan
