One sticker says it "conforms to EN 1078", but that does not mean CPSC certified. I bought two of these for my kids and both are exactly the same. I'll be returning them and searching for a better helmet. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice looking helmet at first *by Y***H on Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2020* Update: reduced rating after a summer of use. My kids use these daily for bike riding on the neighborhood sidewalks. Pretty gentle but frequent use. The color faded and changed from the blue to a faded green. Not a big deal, just with noting. The big problem is one of the helmets is completely cracked all around the top. This was not from a fall. It just got weak. The helmet is no longer safe for protection.This has been a good helmet for my kids.I hope my info on fit may help you select the best size for you. I wasn’t entirely sure what the best size would be. Ordered mediums for my kids, all 8 and 9. I really should have gotten smalls. The mediums slide around on their heads so I just added some foam around the inside. Hopefully their heads will grow into them in a couple of years.I also got vinyl stickers so they could each customize their helmets to their liking.
