I'm using in conjuction with kayas testosterone booster and wow. I've literally lost 12lbs ! I'm more lean, have the boost I need to make it through my workouts . I met my target weight last year ,then started lifting heavier so obviously my weight changed as muscle is heavier than fat. Honestly a great product for how cheap it was. Seems to work for some people,didnt work for my wife but gave me that awesome surge in the morning to start my workout. I feel they changed it up a bit as when I cycled off for about a month and came back. I noticed energy boost but not the appetite suppression. Luckily,dieting ,fasting and switching to better foods helped me with all that. Could be a placebo now! Good luck with the weight goals everyone !

I only took 1 pill for 2 days....Day one on an empty stomach, so when I felt nauseous and feverish I figured it was just that. I couldnt lay down even though I wanted to so I just cleaned my apartment. So in my opinion the energy is like youre on auto pilot. I did sweat like I ran a marathon which I expected. However I had taken the pill around 12pm and by 5am I still couldnt sleep which I found odd. Day 2 I ate before taking it thinking tht may have been the reason I felt off the 1st day. This time my vision got fuzzy my legs felt numb and I was having a panic attack. I didnt feel as nauseous but it was there and I just felt weak overall...How are these even able to be sold, if I could give a 0 I would. These cant be safe, be careful.
