How do I clean the Addie Beam?

Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dirt and debris from the surface. Avoid getting the beam wet as this can affect the look and feel of the suede material.

Can the 4-ft Addie Beam be connected to the 8-ft Addie Beam?

Yes! With the Addie Beam Bracket (sold separately), you can attach the 4-ft Addie Beam directly to an 8-ft Addie Beam to create a 12-ft beam. This is a great option for athletes who need a little extra space for connecting leap or tumbling series.

What skill levels is the 4-ft Addie Beam appropriate for?

The 4-ft Addie Beam is ideal for beginner through intermediate athletes working on foundational skills such as jumps, relevés, turns, and basic balance beam combinations. It also works well as a focused drill station for athletes of any level.

Worth it!

When you buy home gymnastics equipment, it’s hard to know how much it will get used. (For us the cheese wedge never got used) The nice part of this system is that you can purchase these risers after you have decided if the beam will get used or not. They are super high quality, easy to install, sturdy, and they helped by daughter improve her beam scores in competitions.

Just as expected

It adds just the right amount of height on the beam to practice routines at home.
