Must remove transmission from engine to replace filter
If you're expecting to replace your Hyundai 6 speed automatic transmission like a reasonable owner, FORGET IT! This filter is only replaceable when replacing/rebuilding the transmission. If you don't believe me, research this project first.

Fits and works in 2014 Kia forte ex 2.0 gdi...fyi a few mechanics just wanted to drain and fill trans. w/o changing the filter. Change the filter at least every 100,000 miles. In fact it maybe better to change filter and leave fluid alone....both I recommend to change both!

Doesn’t fit a 2012 Hyundai Veloster
Despite the website filter’s assurances: this doesn’t fit a 2012 Hyundai Veloster. Why? Because the car doesn’t have a transmission filter! Its got a gearbox like a manual transmission, and there’s no pan to drop. Check a YouTube video on the topic. There’s no filter!

Check your VIN # to see if you even have a filter in transmisson
Don't rely on this site to see if part fits your car and double check to make sure you have a filter before purchase. Relied on site and found out after removing pan my transmission had no filter. Nice product for money over half of dealer cost.
