These are great.
I'll add these to ramen and include the "dried mushrooms". Really good ramen. Makes a great lunch.

Nice Addition
Used this product for the first time (in Nasi Gorung) and found it to be exactly as advertised. Nice taste and texture; little odor - certainly not unpleasant. A bit pricey but also a hard-to-find item. Encountered none of the problems reported by some reviewers.

Disgusting
Package says dried Louisiana shrimp however everything else on package is Chinese writing. They are disgusting, taste horrible, you ended up with a mouth full of shells and we spit them out.

Love the dry shrimp. We canโt buy it where we live. Happy Amazon have it

Not worth making for ramen
I used hot water and strained them for ramen. The consistency isnt that great, really fishy smell and taste. I was hoping it would make for an easy ramen topping.
