Chef Craft Select Plastic Measuring Cup, 4 Cup, Clear

Packaging care not the best I have ever seen. Cups were nested inside each other and free to rattle around in an otherwise empty box (except a little paper packing). Cups were somewhat scuffed but the marks do not render them unusable. No cracking noted. The black markings are easy to read. Measurement markings are not printed on the cup, they are on a wrap on the exterior. The wrap is firmly attached with no flaws or bubbles. No trouble peeling off the sticker. Very light weight plastic used in the manufacturing of these cups. This fact and the presence of the wrap for the measurements should tell most people that in spite of any claims made, keep this thing out of the microwave and the dishwasher. I am going to refrain from using these with any boiling liquids as well. Are these high quality measuring cups? No, but they are functional and serve the purpose for which they were designed. With care and common sense, at the current price point, they are worth purchasing. CORRECTION: Upon closer inspection, I discovered the measurement marks are indeed printed of the exterior of the cup, not on wrap as previously reported in my review. I apologize for this error.

I’ve had this 4-cup measure about a year and I’m very pleased with it. Measurements are accurate and easy to read. But the best part is that the pour spout never drips or dribbles. It always pours in a perfect stream with no spills, even when full. Few of my other measuring cups do that. The markings are still as crisp and legible as the day I received it and it washes up perfectly, always crystal clear. I’ve had no cracks or crazing at all, but that could be because I do not put it in the microwave. Overall, this is a perfect plastic measuring cup in my opinion. I’m considering purchasing the 2-cup measure as well.

Measuring cup is always a handy thing. I make food on my own and I'm very detail oriented for that I needed something light and accurate. The sticker on the cup makes it easy to measure quantity.

I like this cup because it’s easy to read, lightweight and large. After soaking it overnight in hot soapy water, the sticker came off, but the glue did not. I’ve been soaking it in Goo-Gone all day now and that sticker still isn’t coming off. At least the sticker wasn’t over the measurements so it doesn’t interfere with reading it. *May 2022 I realize I bought this cup a couple of years ago but it began cracking everywhere after about 6-7 months. It didn’t take long for liquids to leak out of the cracks. Keep in mind I always hand washed it and I never microwaved anything in it! It’s like it was forming cracks just sitting in the cupboard. So basically if you only need this for a very short time, like 6 months at the most, it was great. If you buy it, just consider it a disposable purchase.

It measures in cups and ounces. It's clear and lightweight plastic. Easy to clean and use.

Easy to read, durable sturdy, I don't think I could find a better one. Such a simple item but is the first one with extra measurements.
