Bought it as a replacement for littmann tubing. Thicker than the original tubing. Would recommend trying it out before entirely replacing the steth.

Binaurals of Littmann stethoscopes have been designed by the manufacturer not to break in the warranty period of 5-7 years.Thereafter its spring breaks and you have to buy a full earpiece with half the price of a new Stetho. Now Pap Stetho gives you an earpiece which looks original and functions just like the original. At one tenth price !!! Manufacturer please note: In my medical carrier of 40 years I have bought four Littmann Binaurals , each costing 4 to 6 K. Request you to improve the quality a bit, better spring , eartips and BINAURAL TUBE. In that case I can easily pay you 1.5 K happily: Make in India.

I bought PAL stethoscope tubing in February 2024. It lasted for 23 months of regular use. I am ordering a new one today.
