High quality seed with beautiful results
I’m in Zone 5-Central Ohio. Planted in late fall. Completely reseeded my front lawn. This is result as of early April-very happy. Quick and very high percentage germination. Beautiful color and texture. I highly recommend this product!

Cannot recommend
I've always scoffed at the people who review that they couldn't get the grass seeds to germinate after proper preparation. I've always questioned if they truly knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, I'm now one of those people who leaves that type of review. I'm In Zone 7 of coastal Connecticut, and put down these seeds late September. After all of the proper soil loosening, starter fertilizer, top cover, and plenty of water through the Fall season, I'm left with nothing to show (other than perhaps some dead fuzz). I was patient through the Spring thinking that the seeds were just really dormant, but now that it's Summer I can say that all of the bare spots I had prior to usage still remain. What's worse than spending the extra money on this product was wasting my time doing all that preparation with no results. Although the cheaper products may not always last through the end of the year, they at least germinate and provide a lush lawn for most of the year. Cannot recommend this unfortunately
