I been taking this supplement for at lease 3 mount yes have lose just 2 pound, not to much . but it let me away from hunger hungry, i know and you all have to know that the pill will not do a work by her self have to help like eating right and don't eat sweet , i do my smoothies, and drink it whit team , a really like teams a DONT Make me fill sick . I was a Cancer pt. and a i gain wright after the chemo's and i take this pill and lose weight have to be slowly not fast. love this product and the price is good . cause buying a store is more then this price , good price.

So I am usually pretty reluctant these days to take "weight loss supplements" but these really have been helpful in calming "food noise" in my head. I love food, I love to work out, but I also would like to not be constantly hungry. The first 2-3 weeks they were an adjustment because I was having to FORCE myself to eat - you can't NOT eat an have good workout. After about a month or so now I notice that they just allow me to eat and go on with my day and not be constantly thinking about when or what I am going to eat again. They also seem to curb cravings for garbage food like sugar cravings every day (can't say that for during the luteal phase of my cycle though haha give me all the cinnamon rolls). I just eat enough to be full, keep my focus on prioritizing protein, and I go on with my day without feeling ravenous all the time. I do not own a scale, but I can tell that through using these, adding 2 more strength training days to my existing 3 and walking 15-45 minutes a day has lead to a flatter looking tummy and less bloated appearance throughout my body. Also drinking a ton of water. So as always, it's a combination of things that lead to reaching our goals. These are a part of it though.

I’m not gonna give it 5 stars only bc there should be instructions that come with this thing… i literally felt like i was dying. I took it a few minutes before the gym, spent 35 minutes there, came home and ate dinner homemade beef stew. About 10 minutes after I had finished eating I sat on the couch and got the worst stomach pain I’ve ever felt. I panicked a little, and got myself to the bathroom. I was rolling on the floor and then got up and threw up so hard for at least 20 minutes. While throwing up, the sweats started. I was sweating so much I could literally feel the sweat being pushed out of my pores by more sweat. Then I got lightheaded and disoriented, then round two of throwing up happened. After that I suck into my boyfriend’s lap and just shook. I was shaking like a chihuahua. Thank God he was there talking to me and helping me. But, he got really worried during the sweats bc he said I went pale as a ghost (and we are really tan Arab Floridians) and looked like I was going into shock. Luckily after throwing up the second time that subsided and I regained some color and consciousness back. We then went for mcflurries and that helped so much. Recommend a McFlurry after throwing up for sure. Look the 3 stars are because obviously that thing works, and if you can tough that out that go ahead. But I likely will never take another capsule because I’m not risking that kind of side effects if I ate my meal to long after or too soon or whatever the case. Good luck everybody!

AMAZING PRODUCT!! I have added this to my routine, I work out and eat right and still had a hard time losing weight. Adding this product to my routine I have been able to lose 10 pounds. This product does not make me feel sick to my stomach or give me the shakes like other products have. Would definitely recommend.

I took it for 2 weeks. I gave 3 stars is because it works, but with side effects. 1# MUST take it with meal, otherwise severe stomach pain with empty stomach. 2# Diarrhea - not diarrhea but loose, in hurry hurry (yes, hurry) but the amount of #2 made me feels like it's more than intake. (Sorry about the TMI) 3# I lost almost 2 lbs in 2 weeks with eat clean and mild exercise. 4# My belly notice smaller *** took a month - no more diarrhea , still severe stomach pain without food, and not lost any pound *** 5# A lot of gas, but not feel bloating

PLEASE TAKE AFTER YOU EAT!!! I read a lot of the reviews and noticed people got queasy if taken immediately after food. Not the greatest quantity for the price but these did work when taken as directed.
