I used these in combination with the AR for SIBO and I thought it helped a decent amount. It will likely not be enough to cure it but can help reduce symptoms.

Product good Packaging and Shipping Poor
Product is in a glass bottle. Order placed and shipping was delayed, When it arrived. bottle was poorly packaged and bottle was shattered. Product could not be used, Amazon did refund my money.
