New Art of Photographing Nature, The

This book is beautifully produced, and it contains excellent photographs and sound advice. The only criticism is that some of the photographs go across the centrefold of the book. I enjoy taking photographs of landscapes and nature - the book encourages you to take the camera out and take more pictures. Be warned that this is not a "coffee table" book. The photographs are all there to illustrate a particular aspect of photography. A typical page may show three slightly diferent pictures of the same subject, with text to explain why some pictures are better than others. I am really enjoying this book, and I will return to it often in the future.

This is one of the best books I have found for improving your photography. I avoided it for a long time as I have the first edition of this book, but this update has so much more in it, it is like a complete redo. It is like a complete photography course, with no-nonsense comments and pictures demonstrating the what and why a picture is considered excellent or not so excellent. Both the pictres and the text are superbly done. If you are looking to improve your photography, this book should be at or very near the top of your list. The first edition was good, but this one is excellent. Highly recommended.

Il libro è arrivati nei tempi specificati ed in ottime condizioni, come per altro tutti i prodotti Amazon. Art Wolfe è uno dei miei fotografi preferiti, le sue foto di viaggio e naturalistiche sono da mozzafiato e in questo libro condivide i suoi segreti di composizione. E' un "must have" per fotografi appassionati di questo genere.
